See what my boys decided to test out this morning with zero suggestion from me...

I started our homeschooling journey with "done-for-you" science lab experiments to follow, but they always had their own ideas they want to test out instead, and trying to stick to someone else's plan just wasn't very fun and they quickly lost interest.

Following directions and doing what needs to be done even when you don't want to are life skills that need to be mastered, but that can be learned in a different way so the love of science and experimenting stays alive!
